In Ukraine, the renewed vegetation of crops after hibernation and started planting spring crops

In other regions the amount of precipitation corresponded to the normal values.

As of March 20, winter crops in Ukraine were in the phase of tillering, the establishment of the nodal roots, the third leaf and seedling. The condition of the plants is good and satisfactory.
Plants of winter wheat due to adverse winter conditions was damaged in some regions of Kherson, Kyiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Ternopil and Rivne.
In the majority of areas for winter rape observed the creation of the leaf rosette, some stem growth.
Continues sowing of spring barley and wheat, peas. On previously planted areas observed for seed germination and emergence. Began sowing oats.
