European countries have chosen the course of mass appraisal of the value of land and real estate. There is reason to believe that it will not lead to corruption risks.

This method of assessment should be enshrined in the bill on the land market. This will help to answer the question of how to sell the land, to be a lease and payment of taxes.

If the moratorium is lifted, it will boost Ukraine's GDP by 1.2%. This was stated by world Bank Director for Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine, satu Kähkönen. It will also help in receiving the EU grant for inventory of state land in Kyiv, Lviv and Mykolaiv regions.
