The President vetoed the law, which provided compensation to producers for the purchase of grain wagons

the President returned with comments to the Parliament adopted on 5 July a law on a single customs window, although she noted its extreme importance and pointed out that the introduction of a new mechanism of work of customs will allow to optimize the procedure of movement of goods across the country's borders.

the document modifies certain provisions of laws "On stimulation of development of domestic machinery for agriculture" and "On state support of agriculture", which grain-cars belong to the agricultural equipment, the acquisition of which for agricultural producers provided by the state compensation.

Garant noted that 75% of all farms are farms, the volumes of grains which do not require the acquisition of specialized wagons. The cost of these cars and high operating costs make them accessible only to large manufacturers. And compensation the acquisition will not provide economic support for farmers and will become irrational use of budgetary funds.

the President said that in such circumstances compensation purchase of grain cars will be unfair to the majority of farmers, and proposed to delete section II of the Act, p. 21 and 25.

Recall that on 5 July MPs in the second reading adopted the draft law No. 7010, which is part of the 35 laws necessary to stimulate the economic development of the country. The document introduces changes to the Customs code and certain legislative acts, and proposes to introduce a single window at customs and allow the submission of licensing documents for customs clearance in electronic form.
