The justice Ministry has ruled out double registration of land lease agreements

However, in practice, requests or directed, or agreements shall be registered without an answer. Two of the tenant at the same time claim property rights to the same land."

For solving the problem has introduced a system of automatic data transfer between Deregionalization the registry of property rights. It will not allow the Registrar to issue a lease until you have obtained data from Deligeoroglou about the presence or absence of a registered lease rights to the site.

Now the human factor will not affect the situation because the Registrar will follow procedures in any case.

This innovation will be another step of the Ministry of justice in the fight against corporate raids of farms. Because double-leases use the raiders to attack farms.
