The agrarian Committee of the Verkhovna Rada presented the options of Ukrainian land market

During the national land forum in Kiev which took place on April 10, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on agrarian policy and land relations Oleksandr Bakumenko has presented several options for the introduction of a land market. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Agrarian Happy.

Developed four options, according to the two assumed market opening in a phased manner to individuals and legal entities, and the other two at the same time. In projects there are differences regarding the number of hectares available for purchase, which stages should be buying. It is to become an owner can only be citizens of Ukraine.

Two stepwise options are offered to individuals for the first 3 years to purchase a maximum of 20 hectares. And for legal entities the different stages of buying. In one embodiment, in the first three years can buy more than 200 hectares, and then a maximum of 500 ha. In the future – up to 20 thousand ha. Under the second option, you need to restrict the purchase of legal entities in the first three years up to 500 hectares for legal entities, and since the fourth – to 20 thousand hectares.

According to another embodiment, the deputies propose to limit the area of both legal and physical person, allowing to buy up to 200 hectares. the Other edition provides a virtually unlimited amount.
