In the season 2016/17 MG scarce palm oil
the USDA Experts believe that the growth of palm oil production in Malaysia is not allow to satisfy growing global market demand, so the volume of that oil in the 2016/17 season, MG will be limited.
Despite the increasing production of palm oil in Malaysia, the increase in production may be lower than expected. Confirmation of this prediction was that in September of current year the volume of domestically produced palm oil was the lowest for a specified period over the past 6 years, whereas for the period of September-October are peak production.
it is Expected that by increasing production in the season 2016/17 MG Malaysia to increase palm oil exports by 0.9 million tons to 17.5 million tons. The growth of exports will not allow you to restock products in the country, which in September fell to its lowest in 9 years.
the Increase in palm oil prices will support the markets of sunflower and soybean oils that will strengthen prices for sunflower and soybeans.
