OOO "CHUDNOSKY ELEVATOR AIK" founded in 2014 in the structure  GROUP of COMPANIES "AIC". 

the Elevator complex renders services to agricultural producers and depositors for accepting (rail and/or road transport) of grains and oilseeds,  with a preliminary determination of their quality, weighing, unloading, cleaning, drying, storing in containers, shipment to automobile and rail transport. 

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES of the ELEVATOR

Power of the installed equipment allows you to take, dry, clean flow, up to 2,000 tonnes of grain per day.

At the Elevator and introduce modern innovative technology, using equipment manufactured by leading companies in USA, France and Ukraine, in particular:

the grain dryer of continuous action NECO (U.S. manufacturer);

 - grain-cleaning machine DENIS: NR 403, No. 404 (producer, France);

-  silos with flat bottom MFS (U.S. manufacturer);

- the sampler pneumatic universal type PVP-1T TUU, (manufacture Ukraine).

General’em storage 334 is 30 tons., in particular: Elevator (concrete silos) - 11 200 tons., part - 3 600 tons., metal silos with flat bottom - 15 534 tons..

 All tanks and rooms are equipped with aeration system and temperature monitoring in grain, designed for long-term storage of grain without deterioration in its quality.

For precise measuring uses  automotive TBA — 80-20-22  — 2 pieces (manufacturer of NPP "Tehnovagi"), weight carriage TBA — 15-50-1835  (manufacturer of NPP "Tehnovagi").

the Elevator complex is equipped with a private under’snow on track, when the station Chudniv-Volynsky (code article 342108, receiver code 3951).

Shipment rail and road transport are available. The duration of loading a railway car is  up to 40 minutes, loading road transport to 20 minutes.

To determine grain quality at the Elevator functio certified production and technological laboratory, which provides control over technological processes and quality of grain in the acceptance, storage and shipment of it to road and rail transport.

the Lab Elevator received a Certificate of recognition of the measurement capabilities (number 35) issued by the KP Vinnitsa regional production and technical centre of standardization, Metrology and quality of agricultural products "Oblagrostandart”.

TERRITORY of the ELEVATOR IS FREE of GMOs, SO COOPERATION is POSSIBLE ONLY WHEN there are NO GMOs IN YOUR PRODUCTS.
