Stockpiles of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine is much lower than a year ago

According to the Committee, the stocks of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine is much lower than a year ago.

So, as of March 1, 2021, stocks sunflower decreased in comparison with an indicator of 2020 on the same date of 31% or 1.65 million tonnes from 5.23 to 3.62 million tonnes, of which of 1.83 million tonnes are from the farmers, and of 1.79 million tonnes in enterprises engaged in the storage and processing of grain.

Inventory results decreased by 15% from 1.05 million tonnes to 894,5 million tonnes, of which 603,3 thousand tons are from the farmers, and 291,2 kt – companies engaged in the storage and processing of grain.

Inventory rape decreased by 42% from 99,7% to 57.4 million tonnes, which is 47.3 thousand tons are farmers, 10, 1 kt – companies engaged in the storage and processing of grain.

Total reserves grain and leguminous crops as of March 1, decreased compared to the corresponding period increased by 11% or 2 million tonnes from 17.88 to 15,88 million tons, including:

• the wheat stocks by 9% to 4.56 million tonnes, of which 3.16 million tons are from the farmers, and of 1.39 million tonnes in enterprises engaged in the storage and processing of grain,
• corn stocks by 7% from 10.68 to 9.9 million tonnes, of which the 5.56 million tonnes are from the farmers, and 4.35 m MT – enterprises engaged in the storage and processing of grain,
• stocks of barley by 48% to 820 thousand tons, of which 605 thousand tons are from the farmers, and 215 kt – companies engaged in the storage and processing of grain.

at the same Time, stocks of rye has increased 1.9% to 156 million tonnes, of which 87,2 thousand tons are from the farmers, and of 68.8 thousand t – the enterprises engaged in the storage and processing of grain.
