Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on July 29, 2025

Heavy rains continue on the right-bank part of Ukraine, which have stopped harvesting and may lead to a decrease in the rapeseed harvest and a deterioration in the quality of wheat.

Export prices for wheat decreased by 300-400 UAH/t to the levels of 10,600-10,700 UAH/t with delivery to the port, as traders have already purchased the volumes necessary for shipment in July.

Rapeseed prices have risen slightly due to supply shortages, but uncertainty over the date of the tariffs continues to hold prices back. On the other hand, low yields and delayed harvests are pushing up foreign exchange prices for rapeseed, despite lower stock quotes.

Argentina has lowered tariffs on soybeans, which will increase supply and continue to put pressure on world prices, especially against the backdrop of active exports from Brazil and improving crop conditions in the US. But in Ukraine, traders are closing contracts and offering good prices for limited lots with fast delivery.
