Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on May 23, 2025

The weighted average purchase price of grains and oilseeds in Ukraine on CPT terminals, EXW elevators, CPT processors, FCA, CPT dollar, FOB, DAF, CIF

 

The Ukrainian market remains in high demand for corn from exporters who need to buy additional volumes for shipment by June 10-15, so traders offer higher prices for large batches, especially with quick delivery. 

 

The decline in export prices for wheat has led to a sharp drop in demand prices from processors. 

 

Processors continue to actively buy sunflower, paying farmers 100-200 UAH/t above the declared price in order to accumulate volumes, but the trend of decreasing prices for the new sunflower crop is intensifying. 

 

Against the background of a decrease in export prices for GMO soybeans by $5-7/t, processors have also lowered prices by 100-200 UAH/t, and the trend of decreasing demand will continue.
