Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on October 22, 2026
Grain procurement prices in Ukraine remain under pressure from abundant new-crop supplies and high domestic logistics costs. The gap between prices at elevators, farm level and export-oriented destinations remains significant, making location and delivery basis increasingly important factors in the final price received by Ukrainian producers.
The corn market remains under particular pressure. Corn is being purchased at around UAH 7,100/t on a CPT terminal basis, while EXW prices stand at approximately UAH 6,000/t. FCA bids have fallen to UAH 5,000/t, while DAF corn is quoted at around $191/t. The arrival of the new harvest continues to increase supply, while limited storage capacity and expensive transportation to export channels are putting additional pressure on producers, particularly in central regions. At the same time, the UAH 250/t increase in EXW prices indicates uneven demand across local markets.
The wheat market is also showing relatively weak price dynamics. Grade 2 wheat is quoted at around UAH 8,818/t on a CPT terminal basis, Grade 3 wheat at UAH 8,475/t and Grade 4 wheat at approximately UAH 7,500/t. The FCA price for Grade 3 wheat has fallen to UAH 5,500/t, widening the gap between the domestic market and grain delivered closer to export infrastructure.
Sunflower prices continue to decline. Sunflower seeds are being purchased at around UAH 15,714/t EXW, while processor bids stand at approximately UAH 16,333/t, down another UAH 334/t. High-oleic sunflower continues to command a substantial premium, with prices around UAH 18,250/t EXW and UAH 18,500/t for delivery to processors.
Soybean prices also remain under pressure. Soybeans are quoted at around UAH 17,750/t on a CPT terminal basis, UAH 16,780/t EXW and approximately UAH 17,000/t for delivery to processors. FCA prices have declined to UAH 16,000/t. Export demand therefore continues to provide better support for prices near ports than for some domestic delivery bases.
Barley is trading at around UAH 7,300/t on a CPT terminal basis. The rapeseed market remains mixed: GMO rapeseed is quoted at around UAH 22,000/t CPT terminal and UAH 21,000/t EXW, while individual non-GMO rapeseed bids range from approximately UAH 19,500 to UAH 21,200/t depending on quality and delivery basis.
As of October 22, 2026, Grade 2 wheat is being purchased at UAH 8,818/t, corn at UAH 7,100/t on a CPT terminal basis, barley at UAH 7,300/t, sunflower seeds at UAH 15,714/t EXW, soybeans at UAH 17,750/t on a CPT terminal basis, and GMO rapeseed at UAH 22,000/t. Current procurement prices for grain and oilseed crops by region and delivery basis are provided in the table below.
