Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on June 19, 2025

The abolition of soybean and rapeseed amendments makes the Ukrainian market more predictable in terms of rapeseed and soybean exports in the new season.

Soybean prices in Ukraine are falling under the pressure of falling export demand. Argentina has harvested soybeans on 95% of the area, and local analysts are increasing production forecasts. China plans to reduce soybean consumption in feed due to reduced purchases from the US, which is putting pressure on quotes in Chicago.

Wheat prices rose sharply on exchanges by 2.5-4.6% per day on information about unfavorable conditions in the USA, China, and the Russian Federation, but such swings will continue for another month until the market understands the real volumes of the harvest in the new season from the main exporters.
