Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on September 16, 2026
Ukraine's corn market remains under pressure from the new harvest, particularly in the central regions, where harvesting is gradually increasing physical grain supplies. At the same time, limited storage capacity and high transportation costs to ports and other export channels continue to weigh on farm-level prices. Despite this pressure, corn remains at UAH 8,300/t on a CPT terminal basis, while some domestic delivery bases are showing a modest price recovery.
Price pressure remains stronger in the sunflower market, with the EXW price at UAH 18,008/t and some processor bids continuing to decline as new-crop supplies enter the market. Soybeans remain near UAH 16,833/t, although prices have strengthened slightly on some delivery bases. Rapeseed remains relatively stable, while Grade 2 wheat continues to show greater resilience, trading at UAH 8,900/t on a CPT terminal basis.
As of September 16, 2026, Grade 2 wheat is being purchased at UAH 8,900/t, corn at UAH 8,300/t, barley at UAH 6,500/t, sunflower seeds at UAH 18,008/t, soybeans at UAH 16,833/t, and rapeseed at UAH 23,000/t.
