Purchase prices for grains in Ukraine on September 15, 2026
The new harvest continues to put pressure on Ukraine's domestic corn market, particularly in the central regions. More active harvesting is increasing grain supplies, while limited storage capacity is encouraging some farmers to sell their crop more quickly. High transportation costs to ports and other export channels are adding further pressure, keeping prices in producing regions lower. On some delivery bases, corn prices have declined by UAH 300–900/t over the past week.
The sunflower market also remains under downward pressure as increasing new-crop supplies strengthen processors' position in procurement, with the EXW price falling to UAH 18,008/t. Soybean prices remain under pressure, while rapeseed is relatively stable. Food wheat is showing greater resilience, with the CPT terminal price for Grade 2 wheat rising to UAH 8,900/t.
As of September 15, 2026, Grade 2 wheat is being purchased at UAH 8,900/t, corn at UAH 8,300/t, barley at UAH 6,500/t, sunflower seeds at UAH 18,008/t, soybeans at UAH 16,833/t, and rapeseed at UAH 22,000/t.
