Soybean and rapeseed producers will not need to obtain CCI opinions for their duty-free exports.

The government has changed the mechanism for confirming the right of farmers and agricultural cooperatives to export their own rapeseed and soybeans duty-free, the Ministry of Economy reports.

Now, when exporting their products, producers will undergo verification automatically through the State Agrarian Register (DAR), which will free them from the need to obtain opinions from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other bureaucratic procedures.

The Cabinet of Ministers also repealed a number of resolutions that complicated the mechanism for farmers to confirm the origin of products, but the ministry has not yet announced which documents were repealed.

Export duties will be exempted for soybean and rapeseed shipments grown in the current season, as well as last year's crop residues. The new export rules will come into effect from the 2026/27 MY.
