From the export of agricultural products Ukraine receives 37% of foreign exchange earnings

According to the DFS, in January-September 2018 Ukraine exported agricultural products to $ 13 bln, which corresponds to last year's figures.

According to experts of the "Institute of agroekonomik", the share of agricultural products in the period exceeded 37% of the total export revenue.

Nearly 80% of the total domestic exports of agricultural products traditionally accounted for the following product groups:

oilseeds – 1.34 billion $,

smihi - 594 million $,

meat, mostly meat birds – 479 million dollars.

• grains – of 4.79 billion $,

However, experts have recorded in 2018, a sharp increase in real terms of exports of certain foods.

thus, in January-September 2018 compared to the corresponding period of last year Ukraine increased exports sharply:

apples and pears – tripled from 9 to 29 thousand tons,

rapeseed oil – from 53 to 101 thousand MT,

wine – from 33 to 48 thousand tons.

• eggs – 28% from 64 to 82 thousand tons,

the Value of these positions in the total structure of export of domestic agricultural products also increased significantly.

in addition, for 9 months of 2018 due to the rise in prices has increased the amount of the exports

walnuts from 39 to 69 million dollars.
