The cost of agricultural land in Ukraine increased by 10% in March

The average price of agricultural land in Ukraine in March 2026 increased by 10.6% compared to February from 69.78 to 77,153 thousand UAH/ha, but still did not reach the record level of 95,768 UAH/ha, recorded in January 2026, AgroReview reports.

Prices for agricultural plots vary significantly depending on the regions. Thus, in March, the average price of land in Ivano-Frankivsk region was 173.5 thousand UAH/ha, in Kyiv region — 161.6 thousand UAH/ha, while in Kherson region — 35.7 thousand UAH/ha, Zaporizhia region — 41.8 thousand UAH/ha, and Sumy region — 42 thousand UAH/ha.

In total, almost 24 thousand hectares of agricultural land were sold in March, which was the largest figure this year.

Rising land prices indicate increased demand and market activity, although the average price remains below the historical record set in January of this year.
