In comparison with last year the oilseed stocks in Ukraine has decreased

As 01.02.18 sunflower stocks in Ukraine amounted to 5,061 million tonnes, which is 7% lower than in the corresponding period last year, reports state statistics Committee. Compared to the 2017 year, the stocks of sunflower producers decreased by 6.6% to 2,649 million tons and at the enterprises for storage and processing – by 7.3% to 2,412 million tons.

As of February 26, the price of demand for sunflower meal delivery in March – April is 215-225 $/t FOB. Offer price increased to 225-230 $/t FOB. During the current month the price demand and supply increased by an average of 35-40 $/t

the Price of sunflower seeds remained at the level of 11400-11600 UAH/t at the plant or 11100-11300 UAH/t ex-farm.
