In 2016, the shipment of vegetable oils through the ports of Ukraine grew by 18.3%

During January-September the ports of Ukraine handled bulk 3,212 million tons of vegetable oil, which is 18.5% more than in the same period of the previous year. According to Administration of seaports of Ukraine, export for 9 months of shipped 2,968 million tons of oil, which is 18.3% more than last year.

in Particular, state stevedoring companies at berths of USPA oil treatment increased by 17% to 96,64 kt, private stevedoring companies at berths of USPA – by 26.8% to 2,593 million tons, however, stevedoring companies at their own berths for the transshipment of oil fell by 10.5% to 522,34 thousand tons.

the Volume of transshipment of vegetable oils by train 2016 at the seaport was as follows:

• Mykolaiv – 1.34 million t (+of 87.9%),
• "Chornomorsk" (Illichivsk) – 890,56 kt (-25,4%),
• Yuzhuy– 739,34 thousand tons (+12,2%),
• Odessa – 107,17 thousand tons (+68%),
• Izmail – of 56.64 tons (+101,1%),
• Kherson – of 38.67 million tonnes,
• Mariupol – 40 kt (-26,5%).
