After the end of the war, land reclamation and the restoration of the irrigation infrastructure will be needed. There is a need for investments in 500,000 hectares of drained and 1 million hectares of irrigated land.
Elaboration of the issue of tracking transactions with land plots at the contract price and display of land market monitoring indicators, in particular on the website of the State Geocadastre, which will allow a mass assessment of the value of land.
To maintain a fair income of farmers, the income gap between the agricultural sector and other sectors of the economy will be measured. The level of income received by different groups of farmers in Ukraine will also be taken into account.
