the Prime Minister said that "it is important to make sure that the customs officer is not stayed during the customs inspection of goods. Already in August will be the obligatory photo - and video recording of the relevant documents, from which it should be understood that the vehicle, cargo and everything else."
Such measures should reduce corruption within the customs.
