The Government of Ukraine approved the Procedure for determining minimum export prices for agricultural products

On August 20, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in accordance with part four of Article 19-2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Foreign Economic Activity", approved the Procedure for approving the minimum allowable export prices for certain types of goods, including agricultural products. Taras Melnychuk, the representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, announced this in his Telegram channel.

It is assumed that the Ministry of Agrarian Policy will determine the level of minimum allowable export prices for agricultural products, taking into account the conditions of supply in accordance with the International Rules for the Interpretation of Commercial Terms "Incoterms". The indicated minimum allowable export prices will be determined in US dollars per 1 kg of products.

We would like to remind you that the establishment of minimum export prices for agricultural products, in particular for grain and oil crops, is regulated by bills No. 10168-2 and 10169-2 on the improvement of foreign economic export operations, which make appropriate changes to the Tax and Customs Codes of Ukraine.
