The government expanded the criteria for inclusion in the register of verified agricultural exporters

On November 10, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 1174 "On Amendments to the Procedure for the Implementation of the Experimental Project on Verification of Subjects of the Agro-Industrial Complex in Martial Law", which expanded the criteria for including enterprises in the list of verified agricultural exporters.

In particular, the following criteria were added:

• entrepreneurs registered as VAT payers after 23.02.22 are allowed for verification;
• during the period 23.02.22-27.10.23 inclusive, the entrepreneur exported goods or services and received at least 40 million tons of foreign currency revenue, the currency control of which is confirmed by a letter from the bank;
• the entrepreneur does not have a tax debt for payment 21081000 "Penalty for violation of settlement terms in the field of foreign exchange";
• in relation to the entrepreneur, there was no DPS act on the absence of legal registration at the place of verification of compliance with currency legislation.

We will remind you that on October 31, the government published Resolution No. 1132, which defines the rules for forming a list of verified agricultural exporters on the eve of the introduction of new grain export rules, i.e., actually predicts which companies will be able to export grain and receive VAT refunds in the future.

The head of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, M. Solskyi, said that three orders "On inclusion in the list of verified entities of the agro-industrial complex that export goods" have already been approved, and a total of 735 enterprises have been registered. However, the submission of applications from agricultural enterprises to the State Agrarian Register for inclusion in the list of verified exporters continues. The orders and the list of verified enterprises are published on the website of the ministry.

Already from November 11, the export of certain types of agricultural products from Ukraine will be carried out according to new rules.
