In January, UZ-Cargo developed a plan to establish market prices for the use of freight cars with automatic price adjustments based on the share of use of the car fleet.

According to Ukrzaliznytsia, the amount of loaded cargo decreased from 11.293 million tons in January to 10.393 million tons in February, primarily due to fewer days in the month. The average daily loading in February amounted to 108 thousand tons, and the share of grain cargoes reached 3.021 million tons or 29.1% of the total volume of loadings. In February, 2.894 million tons of grain were exported by rail, of which 1.99 million tons were transported to sea ports, and 903 thousand tons to western border crossings.

According to the results of February, the TIS company moved the most cargo among port terminals (as in January), and the Batevo crossing is the leader in transportation among railway crossings.
