Ukraine in the current season, exported more than 11.5 million tons of wheat

Since the beginning of the current season as of October 1, Ukraine exported 19,425 million tons of grain by 6.14 million tons higher than in the same period of the previous MG.

On a specified date in foreign markets shipped:

corn — 4.31 million tons,

barley 3.33 million tonnes,

rye — 5 thousand tons.

• wheat of 11.53 million tons,

in addition, exports of wheat flour in comparison with the previous season increased by 46.8 thousand tonnes to 114.7 thousand tons.

in October Ukraine increased its share of wheat imports by Egypt from 8% to 20%, although the main supplier of wheat to Egypt is Russia. In comparison with the season 2018/19, Russia's share in the Egyptian procurement declined from 82% to 54%, Romania – has risen from 7.9% to 15%, France grew from 0% to 11%.

Egyptian State operator GASC on October four tenders acquired 995 thousand tons of milling wheat, which is 53% higher than the October 2018 and a historical high for that month. The share of Ukrainian wheat in the specified volume is 290 thousand tons.
