Ukraine increased agricultural exports by 41.5% in September

In September 2026, Ukraine exported 3.04 million tons of agricultural products, which is 41.5% more than in August. The main growth was provided by grains, oilseeds and products of their processing, ProAgro Group reports.

The main groups of agricultural products — grains, oilseeds, vegetable oils, and oilcakes — provided about 2.65 million tons of exports, or 87.2% of the total volume, compared to 83.1% in August.

 

Grain exports in September increased by 50.4% to 1.49 million tons. Wheat supplies increased the most — from 612.7 thousand tons in August to 1.09 million tons in September, or by 78.6%.

Corn exports remained virtually unchanged at 306.8 thousand tons, while barley exports increased by 16.9% to 80.3 thousand tons.

 

Oilseed exports increased to 494.5 thousand tons. The main volume was rapeseed - 428.7 thousand tons, which is 46.5% more than in August. Soybean deliveries increased by 24.3% to 36.2 thousand tons.

Exports of vegetable oils amounted to 323.5 thousand tons, which is 15.8% higher than in August. Deliveries of sunflower oil remained almost unchanged at 146.6 thousand tons, while exports of rapeseed oil increased by 61.9% to 154.5 thousand tons.

 

The largest increase was recorded in oilseed meal exports — by 83.4% to 343.4 thousand tons. Sunflower meal shipments increased 2.6 times to 285.4 thousand tons, while soybean meal exports decreased by 24.9% to 58 thousand tons.
