Ukraine in 2017 increased exports of agricultural products by 2.4 billion $

2017 Ukraine increased compared to the previous year, the exports of agricultural products and foodstuffs from 15.5 to 17.9 billion $, which is 39.4% of total domestic exports, - have informed in the agriculture Ministry.

in Particular, the export crop sector increased by 2.1 billion $ 16.7 billion $, and livestock – 371,4 million $ 1.3 billion $.

the Export of agricultural products of Russia for the last 17 years has grown in 15 times, and in 2017 reached 20.1 billion dollars (in 2000 – 1.3 billion $, 2016 – 17.1 billion $).

grain Export as of 24 January amounted to 29.8 million tonnes, which is 35% higher compared to the corresponding period of the previous season.

Belarus in 2017, increased the export of food products to $ 5 billion against 4.2 billion $ in 2016. Products with high added value is implemented in 70 countries, and in 2017 we have created more than 10 new markets.

the EU Countries from November 2016 to November 2017 is net exports of agricultural products to $ 1 billion to 12.7 billion $.

With a monthly average volume of imports of agricultural products in the EU in the range of $ 10 billion, the foreign trade balance is positive at the specified position at the level of 2.7 billion $ monthly.

In November 2017, compared to 2016 wine exports annually grew by 125 million €, sugar – 79 million €, spirits and liqueurs – 71 million €.

the export of wheat from the EU fell by 29% to 1.7 billion €, other grains and 15% to 0,3 billion Euro. In addition, exports of pork fell by 9% or 47 million €.

U.S. markets, Asia and Russia remain the most dynamic for increasing exports of agricultural products from the EU.
