Ukraine increased rapeseed oil supplies to the EU by 45%

According to the European Commission, for the period from July 1 to October 25, 2026, Ukraine increased its exports of rapeseed oil to the EU compared to the same period last year by 44.9% from 126.07 to 182.69 thousand tons.

 

At the same time, the share of Ukrainian oil in the total volume of European imports of this product increased compared to last year from 76.18% to 81.89%, so Ukraine remains the main supplier to the EU. The second largest supplier is the United Kingdom with a share of 23.41 thousand tons or 10.5% of imports, the third is Serbia with a share of 6.31 thousand tons or 2.83%.

 

During the specified period, the European Union increased imports of rapeseed oil compared to the corresponding period of the previous season by 34.8% from 165.48 to 223.08 thousand tons, which is 80.2% higher than the corresponding figure for the 2024/25 MY.
