Ukraine has agreed to export wheat flour to China

The State Food and Consumer Protection Service of Ukraine and the General Administration of Customs of China have signed an agreement that will allow the supply of Ukrainian wheat flour to China.

The signed protocol defines clear requirements for all stages of production and supply of products (starting from wheat cultivation and ending with the export of flour), in particular ensuring control and compliance with sanitary and phytosanitary standards.

This will provide new opportunities for Ukrainian processors and open up one of the largest global markets for them, which will contribute to capacity expansion and increased exports of value-added products.

That is, Ukraine will receive not only an expansion of the geography of exports, but also a gradual transition from a raw material model to the export of finished products.
