In September, budget revenues fell by 7.3%

In September of the current year the revenues of the state budget of Ukraine amounted 67,884 billion, which is 7.3% less than the planned indicator and by 1% higher than September 2018, reports the state Treasury.

the General Fund budget received in September 56,75 billion, which is inferior to the plan by 10.6% and the corresponding indicator of last year by 1.4%.

During 9 months of 2019, the state budget has received 739,68 billion, which is inferior to the plan by 4.8% and exceeds the indicator of the 9 months of 2018 9.6%. the General Fund in the period received 650,83 billion, which is inferior to the plan for 5.4% and exceeds the corresponding figure of 2018 by 6.8%.

Customs in September received 26,636 billion, which is 15.5% less than planned and 12.6% lower than in September 2018 For 9 months customs revenues totalled 232,7 billion, which is inferior to the plan by 11.5%, and the corresponding indicator 2018 is 3.1%.

Tax revenues in September totaled 27.94 billion UAH, which is inferior to the plan by 6.5%, and higher than Sep-2018 12.7%. For 9 months of 2019 they made 331,13 billion UAH, which is 0.3% less than planned, but 15.8% higher than last year.

DFS in September underperformed the plan proceeds by 11.1%.

the Amount of VAT refunds increased from 11.35 billion in August to 11.95 billion in September.

the Revenues of local budgets increased in September compared to the previous year by 14.3% to 22.17 billion UAH, which is 1.4% lower than planned. For 9 months they have reached 205,16 billion UAH, which exceeds last year's figure by 17.6% and the plan by 1.4%.

Revenues from ERUs in September was the 22.16 billion UAH for 9 months of 2019 – 198,71 billion UAH, which exceeds the corresponding figures of the previous year by 14.3% and 21.3%, respectively.

the Revenues of the state budget of Ukraine planned to open in 2019 in the amount of 1.26 trillion UAH, in particular on the General Fund in 925,51 billion UAH, while expenditures – in and 1,112 1,005 trillion UAH, respectively.

Over 8 months was borrowed 318,77 billion UAH of planned 336,52 billion, including external – 262,61 billion. Debt repayment in January-August amounted 262,7 billion, of which 210,81 billion in foreign liabilities.
