In April, exports of Ukrainian agricultural products grew by 2.8% to 5.7 million tons

In April, Ukraine increased exports of grain crops, in particular wheat, but significantly reduced exports of oilseeds due to a reduction in their stocks.

Compared to the previous month, exports of major products in April changed as follows:

• grain crops - grew by 10% to 4 million tons (of which corn accounted for 67%, wheat - 32%, barley - 1%),
• oilseeds – decreased by 42% to 196.3 thousand tons (soybean – 82%, rapeseed – 14% and sunflower – 1%),
• vegetable oils – decreased by 1% to 503.8 thousand tons (sunflower oil – 88%, soybean oil – 9% and rapeseed oil – 7%),
• oilcake after extraction of vegetable oils – fell by 8% to 501.8 thousand tons (sunflower – 73%, soybean – 27%),
• other types of agricultural products – fell by 9% to 431.1 thousand tons.
