Tunisia has contracted 100,000 tons of soft and durum wheat in a tender

According to market operators, the Tunisian State Grain Agency (ODC) purchased, as planned, 100 thousand tons of soft wheat and 100 thousand tons of durum wheat of any origin in an international tender on January 28, with delivery between April 1 and 15, 2026.

Soft wheat was purchased from Finagrit in 4 batches of 25 thousand tons each at a price of $256.6/ton C&F (including freight).

Durum wheat was purchased from the Amber trading house in 4 batches of 25 thousand tons each at a price of $323.89/ton C&F.

Recall that in the latest tenders of importers for the purchase of soft wheat, prices fell below the level of $260/t for deliveries in the second half of the season, so Ukrainian wheat sellers should not expect an increase in wheat prices in the coming months.
