Tunisia, as planned, purchased 200 thousand tons of wheat at a tender

According to market operators, the Tunisian state agency held an international tender on January 29, at which, as planned, it purchased 100,000 tons of soft and 100,000 tons of durum wheat of any origin on C&F delivery terms.
The winners of the tender for the supply of soft wheat were Cargill (25 thousand tons at $262.71/ton and 25 thousand tons at $263.55/ton) and Buildcom (25 thousand tons at $260.77/ton and 25 thousand tons at $261.7/ton).
Durum wheat was purchased from Casillo (25 thousand tons at $347.68/ton and 25 thousand tons at $349.89/ton), Amber (25 thousand tons at $347.89/ton) and Viterra (25 thousand tons at $340.28/ton).
Depending on the country of origin, deliveries of contracted wheat must be made between March 1 and April 5, 2025.
