Romania, Slovakia and Hungary have promised not to restrict the transit of Ukrainian agricultural products on their territory, while negotiations regarding their import to the specified countries under the import regime are still ongoing. The Minister of Agricultural Policy of Ukraine, M. Solsky, announced this at an extraordinary meeting of the Coordinating Council at the Ministry.

 

He also spoke about the main requirements that must be met during the transit of domestic agricultural products through the territory of Poland, which should be resumed from 00:00 on April 21.

 

In order to import cargo into Poland in transit mode, a T1 declaration using the SENT system, which will allow tracking the movement of cargo through the territory of the country, and cargo seals must be available.

 

At the same time, the goods will move through the territory of Poland accompanied by Polish customs officials.

 

The issue of transit by railway with overloading of goods from wide rail cars (for a 1520 mm track) to narrow rail cars (for a 1435 mm track) still remains open.
