In 2016 Ukraine exported over 4 million tons of sunflower oil

During January-November of 2016 Ukraine has supplied the world markets 4.3 million tons of sunflower oil was worth 3.3 billion $, while for the full year 2015, it exported 3.9 million tons of oil in the amount of $ 3 billion, reports the DFS.

most in the current year sunflower oil of Ukrainian origin acquired the following countries:

• India 1.3 million tons for the sum of 991,3 million $
• China 580 thousand tons in the amount 443,7 million $,
• Netherlands 370 thousand tons in the amount 283,9 million dollars.

Previously, the Association "Ukroliyaprom", reported that in September-October 2016 produced a record amount of sunflower oil - 916 thousand tons, which corresponds to 2.1 million tons of sunflower.

the Price of sunflower oil cake for delivery in a port in Ukraine in the last week increased from 720-730 $/ton up to 750-760 $/ton. The main reason for this growth is the increase in oil prices and other roslinny oil, as well as increased demand for sunflower oil by the traditional importers of soybean oil.
