The President signed the law on the functioning of the agrarian state register

the President of Ukraine signed on 5 November by the Verkhovna Rada Law No. 985-IX "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On state support of agriculture of Ukraine" and other laws on the functioning of the State agrarian registry and the improvement of the state support of agricultural producers".

this document will be a unified state information system - State agrarian registry, which will simplify the receipt by the farmers of the state target support.

According to the law, State agrarian registry will be funded by the state budget in order to comprehensively integrate data about farmers, their property, land, environmental, labor, financial and other rights. The register will be kept by voluntary providing farmers with reliable information about yourself.

the Act expands the range of potential recipients of state aid, in particular, there are enterprises engaged in organic production or use irrigation. Also provides support for producers affected by emergency situations of natural or technogenic character.

the authors of the law believe that the creation of the State agrarian registry will simplify the procedure for obtaining state support manufacturers, automatiseret check their status through access to state registries and inventories, will allow to assess the efficiency of measures to support and ensure transparent distribution of budget funds. It formed "a single Cabinet of a farmer", which will allow you to use state services, to cooperate with the registries and inventories, in particular in the process of registration of land or correction of errors in Derzeitiger.
