The rise in price of oil led to higher prices of sunflower

After the price increase in the early weeks of sunflower oil on FOB/CPT prices in UAH on Ukrainian crude sunflower oil also rose to 500-600 UAH/t to 22000-22200 UAH/t on CPT-port.

the Increase in prices of soybean and rapeseed on the world commodity exchanges was an additional factor in the growth of prices of Ukrainian sunflower. In the last two weeks its value has remained stable, since a large number of proposals for the sale allowed the processors to refrain from raising the purchase price.

However, the growth markets for oil and vegetable oils has prompted processors to raise prices to enhance the procurement of raw materials.

Now the price of sunflower is:

• 10100-10400 UAH/t with delivery to the factory
• 9900-10100 UAH/t on the Franco-elevators.
