The Ministry of Agrarian Policy will adjust minimum export prices for agricultural products in October-December

During October - December 2026, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy will adjust the minimum export prices for certain types of agricultural products and has already sent the planned discounts for approval, reported the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food T. Vysotsky.

In response to exporters' appeals to adapt export rules to the logistical situation, in August the government introduced a correction coefficient of 0.714 for grains and oilseeds, as a result of which the minimum allowable export prices decreased by almost 30%.

According to the law, minimum export prices are determined once a month - on the 10th, so legislative changes are required to promptly adjust them, for example, adjusting the basis of supply conditions.

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy plans to apply a price discount during the 4th quarter of 2026 so that the minimum export prices correspond to the market situation, since the timing of logistics restoration is still unknown.
