The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has changed the procedure for determining critical enterprises

By a resolution adopted on October 22, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changed the procedure for checking enterprises for compliance with critically important criteria.

Now, the body that has recognized the enterprise, institution or organization as critical can, if necessary, conduct a check of compliance with the criteria, based on the results of which make a decision on compliance or non-compliance with critical status.

Currently, the effect of certain provisions on the identification of critical enterprises by the government is suspended until November 15, 2024. For the same period, the reservation of employees from mobilization is suspended on the Diya portal, and when trying to submit an application in the "Employee Reservation" service, the user receives an error message.
