Experts IGC has lowered the forecast of world production and ending stocks of wheat in 2019/20 Mr.

the Estimate of world production decreased by 0.78% to 763 million tons, which is 4.1% higher than the figure recorded last season.

the Forecast of world consumption of wheat decreased by 0.13% to 755 million tons, and the estimate for ending stocks – on 1,82% - to 270 million tonnes, which is 3.1% above the level of the previous MG.

production Forecasts reduced:

the EU – 2.5 million tons to 148.7 million tonnes,

Canada – 1.6 million tonnes to 32 million tonnes.

• to Russia - by 3.8 million tonnes to 75,7 mln t,

the European Commission has lowered the forecast of wheat production by EU countries in 2019/20 MG in comparison with the assessment of June from 142,4 to 141,3 million tons, which is 9.7% higher than the figure recorded last season. Export forecast of soft wheat was left at the level of 25.5 million tons.
