Export prices for fodder barley in Ukraine continue to rise

According to IA "APK-Inform", since the beginning of last week in the ports of Ukraine there has been an increase in prices for fodder barley, caused by the limited supply of grain of the new crop, high demand from importers and restraint of sales by producers. In addition, prices are supported by the adjacent wheat market.

During the specified period, the purchase prices for fodder barley increased:

• in the ports of greater Odesa - by $5-7/t to $162-172/t SRT,
• in the Danube ports - by $1-3/t to $163-171/t SRT.
