Due to the heat, the forecast for corn production in Ukraine has been reduced to 24 million tons

As a result of unfavorable weather during the period of early pollination of corn, analysts reduce forecasts of its production. It is expected that the corn harvest in Ukraine will decrease by 21% compared to last year to 24.4 million tons.

According to the forecast, the total production of corn in the EU countries, Belarus and the Russian Federation will also decrease compared to the previous season by 11% or 13.6 million tons to 77.2 million tons.
