Anti-dumping duties on mineral fertilizers from Russia will be introduced from 28 February 2017

Ukraine 28.02.2017 city introduces anti-dumping duties on imports of urea and other fertilizers that are produced in Russia, for example, mixtures of urea and ammonium nitrate. The decision taken by the Interdepartmental international trade Commission.

According to the decision, when you import to Ukraine of fertilizers the following manufacturers will be subject to appropriate rates of import duties:

JSC "Nevinnomyssky "Nitrogen" — 18,78%;

JSC "KuibyshevAzot" — 4,19%; the

• OJSC "Novomoskovsk joint stock company "Azot" — 18,78%;
• To other manufacturers of RF — of 31.84%.

In case of import to Ukraine of fertilizers without a certificate of origin or in case of impossibility to determine the exact manufacturer, will be applied rate of customs duty in the amount of 31.84%.

it is Expected that this will increase the impact on the prices of Ukrainian monopoly on the manufacture of fertilizers.
