According to the decision, when you import to Ukraine of fertilizers the following manufacturers will be subject to appropriate rates of import duties:

JSC "Nevinnomyssky "Nitrogen" — 18,78%;

JSC "KuibyshevAzot" — 4,19%; the

  • OJSC "Novomoskovsk joint stock company "Azot" — 18,78%;
  • To other manufacturers of RF — of 31.84%.

 

In case of import to Ukraine of fertilizers without a certificate of origin or in case of impossibility to determine the exact manufacturer, will be applied rate of customs duty in the amount of 31.84%.

 

it is Expected that this will increase the impact on the prices of Ukrainian monopoly on the manufacture of fertilizers.
