Algeria purchased about 600 thousand tons of food wheat at a tender

The Algerian State Grain Agency OAIC purchased about 600 thousand tons of food wheat at an international tender on October 13, with delivery in two periods - December 1-15 and 16-31, 2026, at a price of $326-326.5/ton C&F (including freight costs).

 

Wheat can be supplied from the Baltic countries, Romania, Bulgaria and Argentina.

 

Recall that in the previous tender in mid-September, the OAIC purchased about 500 thousand tons of food wheat at a price of $319-321/ton C&F.
