Sumy grain products plant has 70 years of experience in processing and storage of grains and oilseeds. Its present status the plant was awarded in 1961, following the accession of the grain reception center "Zagotzerno" Monsanto. In 1977 commissioned a new milling plant of graded wheat milling and Elevator built, and in 2002 established a line for processing of rye. The main activity of the branch is rendering services in taking, bringing the quality to the basic quality standards, storage and shipment of grain and processing it into flour. Our branch hosted on 2 areas. The main area is in the Sum with working grain capacity of 62,1 thousand tons (including apron – 36 thousand tons, warehouse flow-seed the area – 26,1 thousand tons) and other Golovachevsky production area (S. Stepanenkov, Sumy region) – 23 thousand tons. The main storing cultures are wheat, maize, barley, rye, sunflower. The processing capacity of the branch are Monsanto 29,0 thousand tons of flour per year, daily capacity wheat grinding 130 tons, rye – 50 tons. Capacity of the branch for receiving/shipping of grain: acceptance from rail transport – 3200 t/day; acceptance with road transport – 3000 ton/day; shipment on railway transport -3000 tons/day; shipping vehicles – 2800 t/day.
