The history of the enterprise originates in the postwar years, from the founding in the village of Savintsev enterprise "Zagotzerno", which in 1968 was subject Balakliia grain reception enterprise and renamed to "Utility grain reception site". After commissioning of a new silo in 1977, the company got its modern name of "Savinsky Elevator". The main activity of the branch is rendering services in taking, bringing the quality to the basic quality standards, storage and shipment of grain and oilseeds. The total service grain capacity of the subsidiary "Savinsky Elevator" is 146,5 thousand tons, including the Elevator – 144 thousand tons, warehouse – 2,5 thousand tons. The main storing cultures are wheat, maize, barley, rape, sunflower. Capacity of the branch for receiving/shipping of grain: acceptance from rail transport – 2000 ton/day; acceptance from motor transport - 2000 ton/day; shipment on railway transport – 1500t/day; shipping vehicles – 1000T/day.
