The history of Lviv bread-baking plant begins with 1847 – the construction of one of the first mills in the Lviv region. In 50-ies of the last century in the Crimea were three montauti, which in 1968 was merged into the Lviv of the CCP. The main activity of the branch is rendering services in taking, bringing the quality to the basic quality standards, storage and shipment of grain and processing it into flour. The total service grain capacity of the subsidiary "Lviv bread-baking plant" is 18.6 thousand tons. The main storing cultures are wheat, maize, rye. The processing capacity of montevado branch is 48 thousand tons of flour per year, daily output of 240 tons. The plant's products has its own trademark “shchedryk”, which has proved to be the best in the Western region. Capacity of the branch for receiving/shipping of grain: acceptance from rail transport – 300 t/day; acceptance from road – 160 tons/day; shipment onto trucks – 180 t/day.
