We invite You to consider the possibility of joint work aimed at organizing the accumulation and subsequent export through the port of Mariupol cargo of grain, oilseeds and products of their processing in the technological scheme of "Grain terminal "Wide Beam" transport – vessel". Elevator "Wide Beam", with a capacity of 23 000 tons of simultaneous storage, located at a distance of 9 km from the berths of Mariupol port, 12 km from the village of Mangush, 75 km from the city of Berdyansk, 4 km from the highway Mariupol - Odessa (map attached). The Elevator is in a safe place, directly opposite from the zone ATO direction with respect to the city of Mariupol. Main features of Elevator : - 2 silos to 10 of 500 m3 each, manufactured by the American company GSI at a speed of acceptance and unloading of up to 260 t/h - 1 storage floor storage 5 500 m3 equipped with lower and upper conveyors with two points and receiving at speeds up to 260 t/h, - 1 storage floor storage 3 500 m3, equipped with a system of upper and lower conveyors with the speed of receiving/shipping up to 175 t/h. The main advantages of our Elevator are : - favorable location, in close proximity to "Mariupol commercial sea port" with the possibility of accumulation of ship consignments; - the lack of roadblocks in front of the Elevator; - clock mode; - simultaneous accumulation of different types of products; - simultaneous receipt and shipment; the acceptance rate of 3000 tonnes/day; - the speed of loading the ship from 2500 to 5000 tonnes/day, depending on the technological scheme; - the presence of 60 and 80 ton, attorneys of electronic scales allows you to take any used vehicle weight and dimensions; - acceptance of trucks of all types unloading (side, rear); - responsible storage of cargoes, using the technology of aeration and temperature regulation; - accredited laboratory, the sampling and analyses with the use of modern imported equipment companies Infratec and Rakoraf release 2015; - shipment of cargo through the third (container) ports and the third entrance, which eliminates congestion at the entrance to the port of loading; - ability to use all existing technological scheme of shipment via the port of Mariupol. In the current marketing year we offer the possibility of export of the goods accumulated on our Elevator, with the use of specialized 20-foot containers through the power of SE "Mariupol sea commercial port" according to direct on Board the vessel. Data container developed by our company, equipped with automatic unloading system of the grain and do not require to create advanced attraction cars cars. According to the process scheme of the container are loaded by the loading mechanisms of the terminal, "Wide Beam", sealed by the surveyor and delivered by truck to the pier, on which overload of grain from the container into the hold of the vessel . This new technology allows to significantly increase the speed of loading, to guarantee the preservation of its quality and quantity. Our company renders a full complex of services on accumulation of ship consignments and the shipment for export which includes: - receiving and unloading at the Grain terminal of cargo from truck; - weighing trucks of 60 tons or 80 tons scales (gross-net); - conducting laboratory analysis for acceptance; - conducting laboratory analysis with the issuance of certificates of quality on each vehicle during shipment; service aeration and temperature control during storage of the cargo; - delivery of cargo at the port; - transshipment of cargo on Board the vessel through the power of SE "Mariupol sea commercial port"; - certification of shipload lot (IMO Declaration, certificate of aradioactive, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin chamber of Commerce, veterinary health certificate for feed grain); service survey company associated with the conduct of a quantitative accounting of the cargo, which is shipped with the Grain terminal, as well as cargo, loaded on the ship; - services related to the provision of daily information about the progress of cargo operations; - organization of the fumigation of the cargo; - customs clearance; - additional certification and additional services at the Client's request; - ship Agency.
