Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, At the beginning few words about us. Field Crops Producers Center Union was established in 13 Dec 2006 within the context of the ‘’ Law No. 5200 on Agricultural Producer Unions ‘’, the producers of the products that included field crop product group come together, about the demand of the head and members. The organization is continuing in 81 provinces and counties. Field Crops Producers Center Union’s short name is TARBİGEM’s using which was agreed by members. Field Crops Producers Center Union is responsible for the control and the plantation of all field crops produced in 81 provinces and 957 counties of Turkey. Only one center union may be established for each product pursuant to the Law of Harmonization Code of the EU. Therefore, each field crop to be planted in Turkey is under the control of the Field Crops Producers Center Union. The control of all Field Crops as well as produced in Turkey (wheat, barley, rye, oat, paddy, white beans, lentil, chickpea, potato, onion, sugar beet, tobacco and tea in particular ) is subject to the Field Crops Producers Center Union is under the control and the supervision of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock. Additionally, the President and the Members of the Board of Directors are not appointed, but elected by gathering of the sub-unions of agricultural producers established by the producers of the field crops.
