Ukraine and Russia stimulate export of grain, United States – save

Traders analyze published on Monday reports grain exports for the previous week.

According to the USDA, last week it was exported 393,2 thousand tons of wheat, which corresponds to the expert expectations and 23.2% higher than the corresponding period in 2017.

soybean Exports for the week rose by 7% to 1.3 million tonnes, lower than in the previous MG, 48%.

corn Exports for the week fell by 36.2% to 653 thousand tonnes, which is 19.3% less than the previous year.

monitoring "APK-inform" shows that in the period of 20-26 October, the seaports of Ukraine exported 912 thousand tons of grain, which is 34% higher than the previous season – 682 thousand tons.

the most intensified export of corn, the shipment of which in a week has tripled, from 158 to 470 thousand tons. Shipment of barley increased by 37% to 152 thousand tonnes, while shipments of wheat declined by 30% to 290 thousand tons.

sea ports per annum and in the period 19-25 October were shipped for export 733,2 thousand tons of grain, which is 20% higher than the previous season 609,2 thousand tons

the Shipment of wheat increased by 38% to 719 thousand tons, corn exports remained at the level of the previous week, and 11.2 thousand tons, while exports of barley sharply decreased from 76.7 per to 2.9 thousand tons.

the EU  reduced the export of wheat by 23% to 5,206 million tons, which is 24% less than the corresponding indicator of the previous MG. The export of barley decreased by 8% to 1.75 million tonnes, which is 5% lower than the level of the same period last year.

corn Imports into the EU grew during the week by 10% to 5,564 million tonnes, which is 14% higher than imports in the corresponding period of last year.
